Combining cool Hendrix Vibes, James Brown Funk, Nirvana Power and Zappa Humour, LORD BISHOP ROCKS might very well be the loudest, funkiest and dirtiest hard rock trio that has landed on planet earth in decades. And probably the most prolific one, too. According to the Lord himself, he and his boys have played some 1500 (!) shows all over the world since the band was founded in the late 90s.

Yet LORD BISHOP ROCKS music is not only about sex and sweat and powerful hooklines: The Lord is on a mission to liberate this godforsaken planet. His catchy commandents include a call to arms against corrupt governments („Politicians are the scum of the earth... we need a worldwide revolution and put all these motherfuckers on one island“), a concept to restructure the media („The music business is fucked... we need more funding for independent radio stations“), and of course an appeal to more tolerance and mutual respect („Open your fucking eyes! There is a real world out there with people of all different religions and ethnic backgrounds! Learn to love and respect your fellow neighbour and if he or she is different than you, feel excited!“)
